SPRING FAMILY GIVEAWAY CONTEST RULES

THE CONTEST

This a chance for your family to win a three (3) day, two (2) night stay at the Music Road Hotel in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. The Giveaway also includes a dinner for four (4) at the Old Mill Restaurant , four (4) passes to Dollywood's new show "Sha-Kon-O-Hey" and a VIP Card for use during your stay in Pigeon Forge.

The VIP Card includes four (4) passes or tickets to all of the following: Country Tonight Theatre; Dinosaur Walk Museum; Elvis Museum; Flyaway Indoor Skydiving; Memories Theatre; Movie Rider; Smoky Mountain Car Museum; Tennessee Shindig; The Track; WonderWorks; and, Zorb Smoky Mountains.

DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES

All entries must be received by June 30, 2009.

WHO MAY ENTER

To enter the 2009 Spring Family Giveaway, you must be at least 18 years or older, a U.S. citizen or permanent legal resident with a green card, and not employed by Dollywood, the Sevier County Convention & Visitors Bureau or the State of Tennessee (which includes your parents, spouse, siblings, and/or children).

HOW TO ENTER

Entries must be submitted online through the Tennessee Department of Tourist Development's web site at www.tnvacation.com. Entrants will be allowed to submit no more than one (1) entry per family household (defined as all family members residing at the same address) per day. An entry will be considered complete upon submission of the required entry form. By submitting the entry and narrative, you hereby acknowledge your agreement to let the Tennessee Department of Tourist Development (hereafter the "Department") use your name and likeness in connection with all Tennessee tourism, promotional purposes as determined at the sole discretion of the Department.

WINNER

One (1) winner will be drawn by a representative of the Tennessee Department of Tourist Development (the "Department"). The winner's complimentary accommodations, dinner, Dollywood "Sha-Kon-O-Hey" show coupons and VIP Card will be sent registered mail by the Department to the winner's attention at the address submitted with the winner's entry form during the week following the drawing. In the event a winner is disqualified or determined to be ineligible, an alternate winner will be drawn subject to the same requirements set forth in these Rules.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Department, Dollywood and the Sevier County Convention & Visitors Bureau are not responsible for computer system, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures, or delayed computer transactions or network connections of any nature. In addition, the Department, Dollywood and the Sevier County Convention & Visitors Bureau are not responsible for any of the following: a) lost, misdirected, misplaced, illegible, unintelligible, incomplete or late entries; or, b) any act, failure to act, or delay in regards to the transmittal or processing of entries. The Department, Dollywood and the Sevier County Convention & Visitors Bureau reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend all or any portion of this contest without notice if factors occur which are beyond the Department, Dollywood and/or the Sevier County Convention & Visitors Bureau's control, including but not limited to, force majeure events, technical difficulties, disrupt or corrupt the fair or secure administration or operation of the contest.
